To meet this goal, my responsibilities included:
• Communicating with product managers and external stakeholders to organize a kickoff meeting for cross-functional teams.
• Conducted competitive analysis on AAA game websites and drafted technical specification documentation for determining the feasibility of implementing customer support features on stakeholder website.
• Collaborated with external stakeholders to conceptually design customer support experience that advanced game publishing relationships between stakeholders and in-house team.
